Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones!!!

I love those recipes that we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss out on.This is one of those desserts that you can very seldom find. There are very few locations in the country that actually make these. It is not that they are difficult, just unknown by people. This is a delicious dessert in a waffle cone, with a cheesecake and fruit. So even if you are lucky enough to find a location that sells them, they are a spendy purchase. So I am going to teach you how to make your own and ultimately save you money on these yummy treats. These are also treats that you can serve throughout the year. You could also serve them for special Holidays or events.

Simple and easy ! My whole family loves this recipe so much. If it were for them, I’d be making this every day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

Ingredients :

°1 pound peaches

°2 cups heavy whipping cream

°1/4 cup sugar

°14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

° 2 teaspoons vanilla

° 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

° 3 crumbled graham crackers

° Cones of your choice

Directions:

Peel the peaches, cut them into slices, and cut them into small pieces.

In a smaller bowl, add the chopped peaches, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Simmer on stove over low heat for 8-10 minutes, until peaches are soft. Once cooked, put it in the refrigerator to cool.

In a medium sized bowl, add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir the two together until combined. Sit aside.

In a large bowl, add the whipped cream. Using a hand mixer, mix the cream on medium-high speed until it turns into a thick whipped cream.

Once the whipped cream is made, transfer the whipped cream to a bowl with the milk/vanilla mixture. Slowly fold in the whipped cream until combined.

In a rectangular baking dish, add a layer of vanilla whipped cream. Next add 1/3 crumbled graham crackers and peaches. Repeat the process two more times.

Once the ice cream is layered, put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours until it hardens. After setting, serve it up and enjoy!
