Pineapple Pecan Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting !!!

I love those recipes that we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss out on.Pineapple Pecan Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting is simple and quick recipe for delicious, homemade cake from scratch, with ingredients that you already have in pantry.

Sometimes all you can think about is a delicious homemade cake.
To me, this is what represents a true, old fashioned homemade cake. To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

 

 

Ingredients

°2 cups all-purpose flour
°2 cups white sugar
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°2 beaten eggs
°1 can (15 ounces) crushed pineapple, with juice
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

°1 cup chopped pecans

 

 

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter and flour a 9×13 inch pan.
Sifting the flour, sugar & baking soda. Add eggs, pineapple and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour batter to prepare pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool.
