BROWNIE BOTTOM CHEESECAKE!!!

This is a tried and true recipe !! if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, you cannot go wrong here. This is the way my Mother always made, just give a shot it won’t fail you !

This Brownie Bottom Cheesecake is so easy to make that you’ll feel like you are cheating! Enjoy the rich chocolate brownie bottom layer topped with a creamy and sweet cheesecake filling. Use a brownie mix to save on time!

This luscious recipe combines two of my favorite desserts: brownies and cheesecake. Together, they are a match made in heaven. With only five ingredients, you’ll have this dessert whipped up for your family to enjoy in no time at all. I’m a huge sucker for cheesecake anything. I’ll eat it any way you give it to me…within reason, of course. Brownies and cheesecake are like PB and jam. Yummy on their own, but absolute perfection together.To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

 

 

Ingredients:

°1 box brownie mix, prepared according to pack directions
°2 8-ounce packages, soft cream cheese
°2 eggs
°1/2 cup granulated sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1/4 cup hot fudge sauce

 

 

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Greased 9- or 10-inch skillet with non-stick cook spray. Pour the brownie mixture evenly into the skillet. Sit aside.
In bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer to smooth & creamy. Addingalso sugar, eggs and vanilla extract also mix well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and spread gently to cover the brownie mixture.
Bake the cheesecake at 350 F for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325 F and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature in the pan before removing the springform mould.
Put the hot fudge sauce in a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner cutouts) and place on top of the cheesecake. cut and present.
