Coconut Chocolate Balls!!!

This is a tried and true recipe !! if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, you cannot go wrong here. This is the way my Mother always made, jut give a shot it won’t fail you !

These no bake coconut balls are easy, healthy and quick to make! Only three ingredients and if the recipe is no bake then I am in! Easy Coconut dessert recipe anytime of the year and a no bake dessert recipe to add to the dessert menu for any time of the year.

I have actually been making these for many years and they are delish, outstanding, chewy, and chocolatey, certainly require to be kept cold to keep them from getting too soft. Served them to good friends today and got numerous compliments. I enjoy them right out of the freezer! Offer this dish a shot, you’ll be glad you did!

Ingredients:

125ml whipping cream
°1 tablespoon caster sugar
280g chocolate
°grated coconut

 

 

PREPERATION

1 Mix the cream, sugar and salt in a saucepan over low heat, when bubbles appear at the edge of the pan (do not let it boil), add the chocolate cut into pieces, mix quickly until half of the chocolate is melted, keep stirring away from the heat.

2 Let cool, refrigerate until firm about 2 hours.
To finish
Form small balls of the chocolate mixture with your hands. roll them in grated coconut. Place the balls in the freezer until firm. Take them out just before serving (they are firm but not frozen).
